A spicy, yet light, version of New Orleans bbq shrimp!

Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Shrimp

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 pound shrimp, deveined but shell on
1/4 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Shrimp

  1. Combine Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Bring mixture to a boil. Add in shrimp and chicken broth and cook, 3-5 minutes until shrimp turn pink.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lemon and french bread to dip up the flavorful sauce!
