Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

2 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast (approx)
1 cup chopped onion
12 ounces (one bottle) barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 dash hot pepper

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Pork Sandwiches

  1. Place pork roast in a lightly greased 3 1/2 to 5-quart slow cooker. Combine onion, barbecue sauce, honey, and hot pepper; pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours. Serve on buns, topped with slaw, if desired. Delicious with beans and coleslaw!

  2. Serves 6.
