Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Mix - PML

1 1/5 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup chopped celery
8 oz canned tomato sauce
1/4 cup catsup
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Mix - PML

  1. Brown the ground beef in fat.

  2. Add onion, peppers, celery.

  3. Brown more, until tender.

  4. Add tomato sauce, catsup, vinegar, sugar, salt if desired, pepper and worcestershire sauce.

  5. Simmer 20 minutes.
