Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Chicken

1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 serving Tonkatsu Sauce
2 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
0.75 tbsp Chili Powder
0.5 tbsp, ground Basil, Dried
1.5 tsp Cumin Seed
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Chicken

  1. Mix everything together and use as a marinade for the chicken for at least one hour (longer, if you want the chicken to absorb the flavor)

  2. Heat up a small pot a bit and pour everything in, even the marinade.

  3. Cook until the chicken is cooked and the marinade is to your desired thickness.

  4. Add salt, pepper, or sugar, as desired.
