Thin crust barbecue chicken pizza

Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue chicken pizza

1 3/4 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cups water
1/2 cups barbecue sauce
1/2 cups black beans
1/4 cups red onion
3 ounces grilled chicken breast
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Barbecue chicken pizza

  1. Preheat oven with pizza stone to 475 degrees.

  2. Mix sugar and water.

  3. Sprinkle yeast on top. Let sit 5 minutes.

  4. Mix in four and salt.

  5. Knead 2 minutes.

  6. Roll into a 14-16" circle.

  7. Bake on pizza stone 4 minutes.

  8. Add toppings.

  9. Bake an additional 8 minutes.

  10. Let sit 2 minutes before cutting.
