Recipe Ingredients for Barbecue Black-eyed Peas

14 oz Blackeye Peas
15 oz Diced No Salt Added Tomatoes
1 clove Garlic
3/4 medium White Onion
6 oz Tomato Paste
1 cup Chicken Stock
4 tbsp Syrups, Maple
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Barbecue Black-eyed Peas

Saute onion and garlic. Add tomatoes. Simmer. Add tomato paste and chicken stock, mixed. Simmer. Add maple syrup and black-eyed peas, cook 10 minutes or until beans are heated.
