Recipe Ingredients for Barbara's Vegetable Medley

14 grams mushrooms, sliced
3 tomatoes,yellow,small, quartered
1 cup zucchini, thinly sliced
1 tsp. roasted garlic, minced
1/4 onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Smart Balance Spread

Recipe Directions for Barbara's Vegetable Medley

Put olive oil and Smart Balance in non-stick skillet, heat to medium, add onion, roasted garlic and saute until tender, add mushrooms, tomatoes and zucchini. Cook until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
