Recipe Ingredients for Barbara's Tuna Noodle Casserole with Parmesan Topping

21 1/2 oz. Cream of Mushroom Soup, 98% Fat Free
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup peas, frozen
2 cans tuna, drained and flaked
8 oz. No Yolks egg noodles, cooked
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Smart Balance
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
4 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, slices

Recipe Directions for Barbara's Tuna Noodle Casserole with Parmesan Topping

  1. Mix soup, milk, pimiento, peas, tuna and noodles in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir.

  2. Mix bread crumbs with Smart Balance, Parmesan Cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake 5 minutes.

  3. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve.
