Delicious Sunday Morning breakfast casserole. I serve it with salsa and non-fat sour cream.

Recipe Ingredients for Barbara's Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

1 1/4 cups tater tots, frozen
3 oz. ham, cubed, 97% fat free
1/4 cup chilies, green, diced
1 1/2 cups egg substitute
2 oz. cheddar cheese, sharp, 2% skim milk, shredded
1/4 cup onions, diced
2 oz. pepper jack cheese, cubed
1 oz. mozzarella cheese, part skim

Recipe Directions for Barbara's Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a casserole dish with Pam Canola oil spray. Layer tater tots on bottom, add cubed ham, green chilies spread on top, add cheeses and onion. Pour egg substitute over mixture. Bake around 40 minutes or until center is set. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
