Recipe Ingredients for Barbara's Chicken Liver Stroganoff

1/2 pound chicken livers, rinsed
10 1/2 oz. Cream of Mushroom soup, condensed, 98% fat free
1/4 cup non-fat Sour Cream
1 tbsp. Smart Balance
4 oz. No Yolks egg noodles, cooked

Recipe Directions for Barbara's Chicken Liver Stroganoff

Spray non-stick skillet with Pam. Heat on medium-high heat. Add chicken livers, cooking until done, but not over done. Stir in Cream of Mushroom soup and drained can of mushrooms, heat. Add non-fat sour cream. Remove from heat. Serve over wide noodles.
