Recipe Ingredients for Barbara's Barbecue Short-ribs for two.

1 3/4 lbs. beef, short-ribs, bone-in
1 cup barbecue sauce

Recipe Directions for Barbara's Barbecue Short-ribs for two.

Spray 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with Pam. Place short-ribs in pan, cover with barbecue sauce, and cover with aluminum foil. Place in a 300 degree pre-heated oven for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from oven, turn ribs. Return to oven for 30 minutes, uncovered. Let stand for 5 minutes, serve. Serves 2 people, 2 ribs each.
