Recipe Ingredients for Barbacue Chicken Salad

2 cups chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, baked
4 tbsp salad dressing, light, miracle whip
2 tsp barbecue sauce
1/2 red onion
1 stalk celery
1 pita, whole wheat

Recipe Directions for Barbacue Chicken Salad

  1. Chop Chicken Breasts into small pieces

  2. Mince red onion

  3. Mince celery

  4. In bowl, combine Miracle Whip and Barbacue Sauce

  5. Add chicken, onion, celery. Mix

  6. Add black pepper to taste.

  7. Four servings, added spring mix to pita...delicious!
