Low Fat Banana Bread from Mr. Food.com called Bapple. It is very delicious with margarine or butter. Only 127 calories per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Bapple Bread

2 c flour
2 egg
1/2 c applesauce
4 bananas
1 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Bapple Bread

  1. Preheat oven 350.

  2. Mash bananas. Mix with sugar and let stand for 15 min. Add applesauce and eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture in a greased 9 x 5 pan and bake for 55 min. or til a toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before removing from pan. Cool on wire rack.
