Recipe Ingredients for banoffie pie

400 g condensed milk
3 bananas
150 g digestive biscuits
284 ml double cream
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for banoffie pie

  1. Put can of condensed milk in bioling water for 2 hours

  2. Grind and mash digestive biscuits

  3. Mix with melted butter

  4. Slice bananas and place over biscuits

  5. Add condensed milk which will now be caramelised and put in fridge for twenty minutes.

  6. In the meantime whip the cream and place on caramelized milk.

  7. Put in fridge for further 15 minutes

  8. Grate chocolate on top and serve
