Crust is 1 Nilla Wafers pie crust

Recipe Ingredients for Banoffee pie

168 grams nilla wafers pie crust
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 bananas
1 1/2 cups whipping cream

Recipe Directions for Banoffee pie

  1. Boil for two and half hours, completely covered in water, the unopened can of sweetened condensed milk. Remove from water and let cool in can, unopened, about 1 1/2 hours.

  2. Whip the whipped cream and set in fridge. You can add confectioners sugar, but this dessert is already very sweet.

  3. Open the can of milk and spread in bottom of pie crust. Slice bananas on top of toffee, then spread whipped topping atop bananas. Chill for about one hour.

  4. Serve in very thin slices.
