Bannock made with mashed potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Bannock

2.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Potato, Mashed
4 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
4 tsp Baking Powder
4 tsp Becel Regular Margarine

Recipe Directions for Bannock

  1. Make a batch of mashed potatoes.

  2. Mix all ingredients listed until smooth.

  3. Roll about 1 inch thick on a surface covered in flour. (Cover the top in flour before rolling also).

  4. Bake at about 375 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
