Recipe Ingredients for bannana pancakes

1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tbs baking powder
3/4 tbs baking soda
2 tbs applesauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 c splenda
1/4 c sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup 2% milk
1 3/4 c flour

Recipe Directions for bannana pancakes

Need to DICE the banana. Use a non fat cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and cook in the skillet on low to medium burner heat.
