Whole wheat, oat, pecan banana muffins

Recipe Ingredients for Bannana Oat Muffins

2 oz toasted pecans
1 cup oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-bran cereal
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 bananas
1/4 cup brown sugar, unpacked
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Bannana Oat Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine dry ingredients. Mash bananas and combine with eggs, oil, vanilla, brown sugar. Mix with bamix. Combine with dry ingredients and stir until just moist

  3. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full

  4. Back at 350 degrees for 20 minutes

  5. Serve warm
