This is my middle son's all-time favorite dish. he begs for it.

Recipe Ingredients for Bangin' Sloppy Joes

1/8 lb lean ground beef
1/8 small onion, diced
1/8 red pepper
1/16 cup grated carrot
1/4 garlic cloves, minced
1/16 cup diced celery
1/2 ounce tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/16 teaspoon cumin
1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tablespoon ground mustard
1 hamburger roll

Recipe Directions for Bangin' Sloppy Joes

  1. brown ground chuck with veggies in a skillet.

  2. drain off fat.

  3. add everything else and simmer for 15 minutes.

  4. add to bun
