Sweet and Creamy coated shrimp on a bed of crisp lettuce and cabbage

Recipe Ingredients for BANGIN SHRIMP

6 shrimp
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp grape seed oil
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
2 cups chopped romain lettuce
1/2 cup red cabbage

Recipe Directions for BANGIN SHRIMP

  1. Coat shrimp with cornstarch and sautee in oil.

  2. combine mayo & chili sauce in a bowl and add cooked shrimp.

  3. place on top of the crisp veggies!

  4. YUM!
