A great snack or desert. Very tastey if you can't eat chocolate

Recipe Ingredients for BANANAS WITH CARAMEL

1 small banana, (6?) sliced into 1/2 inch rounds
1 tablespoon caramel sauce, sugar-free

Recipe Directions for BANANAS WITH CARAMEL

  1. It seems that many people are huge fans of caramel. Too often caramel contains tons of butter, but fortunately there are alternatives. This dish allows you to enjoy the caramel flavor you love without the sugar and fat. Plus, you get much-needed potassium from the bananas. To make this for the whole family at once, use 4 small bananas and 4 tablespoons caramel sauce.

  2. Place the banana in a small bowl. Heat the caramel sauce in a small bowl in the microwave or in the top of a double boiler set over simmering water u!ti1 warmed, 10 to 30 seconds. Drizzle the caramel over and serve.
