Alternative to my all-time favorite instant oatmeal flavor. I prepare a pot of steel cut oats on Sunday for quick and simple breakfasts all week long, just add what you like, reheat and eat.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana&Cream Oatmeal

1 serving Irish Oatmeal
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 serving Creamer

Recipe Directions for Banana&Cream Oatmeal

  1. Cook oats - I cook a pot in the beginning of the week for quick mornning breakfast [quick and easy is important to me]

  2. Measure out one serving of Oatmeal.

  3. Mash up banana and mix into oatmeal

  4. add in creamer, measure it, because it is so caloric - for a less rich, and more calorie friendly meal, use regular coconut milk [or milk of your choice]

  5. Microwave for 2.5 - 3 minutes, or heat on stove.
