This is a great breakfast. It's also a way for me to get in the calcium I need. It's so versatile, you can use any fruit, yogurt, or juice that you have on hand. I mix and match, but I always use at least one part frozen fruit for that 'milkshake' thickness.

Recipe Ingredients for Bananaberry Smoothie

1/2 c strawberry yogurt
3/4 c orange juice
3/4 c frozen berries
1 banana
1/2 cup papaya

Recipe Directions for Bananaberry Smoothie

  1. Slice banana and place in blender.

  2. Add fruit, yogurt and juice.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
