Recipe Ingredients for banana yogurt choc chip muffins

1/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups flour
50 g chocolate (choc chips or grated chocolate)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup yogurt (plain unsweetened)
1 egg
4 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil (i used olive)
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for banana yogurt choc chip muffins

  1. Sift and combine first 4 dry ingredients.

  2. In a separate bowl beat all wet ingredients except bananas.

  3. mash the bananas and add them to the wet mixture. If you like the banana chunky leave as is, if you like it smooth beat again.

  4. fold wet and dry together

  5. baked in greased muffin pan at 180C/350F until done (15 min or so)

  6. For lower cal muffins omit chocolate (each muffin will be 140 cal).
