A healthy fruity pancake. You can add some honey to the mixture to make sweeter or instead of the banana.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Egg Substitute
1 banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.

  2. Beat milk and egg together.

  3. Mash banana and mix into milk and egg mixture.

  4. Mix milk/egg/banana into the flour mixture to make a lumpy batter.

  5. Drop onto hot griddle or frying pan greased with non-stick cooking spray with a spoon to make 4" diameter pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear then flip. Should be a golden brown.
