Tastes wonderful! There is some sugar but not much and a quick breakfast on my way out. I make a dozen and freeze them. Great way to use up your bananas!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Wheat Muffins

1 1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup banana

Recipe Directions for Banana Wheat Muffins

  1. combine flour, baking soda and salt. Separate bowl, combine mayo, sugar and bananas. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.

  2. Grease muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups. Fill 12. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
