Cooking Lights Oatmeal and Wheat Germ with Banana

Recipe Ingredients for Banana, Wheat Germ, and Oats

3 3/4 cups water
1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup toasted wheat germ
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sliced banana
1 1/2 tablespoons Splenda brown sugar blend
1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Light Butter

Recipe Directions for Banana, Wheat Germ, and Oats

Combine the first 4 ing. in a med saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to med low, and cook for 6 min or until thick and thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Divide cereal evenly amoung 3 bowls. Top each serving with 1/2 cup bananas, 2 teasp. brown sugar, and 1 teasp. butter.
