Recipe Ingredients for Banana Walnut Pancakes

1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c sugar
3 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
1 1/4 c skim milk
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1/4 c walnuts, toasted
1 T butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Banana Walnut Pancakes

  1. Toast walnuts in dry pan.

  2. Sift dry ingredients together.

  3. Add egg, milk and melted butter and mix until just combined. Don't overmix.

  4. Add mashed ripe banana, mix to combine.

  5. Fold in walnuts.

  6. Cook in non-stick pan.
