Such awesome pancakes! Rich, thick and almost like dessert. 2 pancakes per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Walnut Pancakes

1/4 cup mix Whole Wheat
1 large(50 g) Egg, Whole
26 2/5 grams Quick Quaker Oats
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas
0.75 oz Walnuts Chopped
1 container Greek 100 Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana Walnut Pancakes

  1. In medium bowl, mix egg and yogurt together.

  2. Add smashed ripe banana.

  3. Add in remaining ingredients.

  4. Pour onto griddle sprayed with cooking spray.

  5. Should have 6 pancakes.

  6. If batter is too thick, add a drizzle of milk.
