3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
8 ounce banana
1/2 cup canola oil
3 tbs milk
1 egg
1/2 cup walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Grease Muffin Pan

  3. Mix dry ingredience

  4. Mix wet ingredience

  5. Add dry to wet, mix just til moist.

  6. Bake ofr 20 to 25 minutes.
