Recipe Ingredients for Banana Walnut Muffins

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1.5 cup Whole Wheat Graham Flour
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.125 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
2 serving Clover Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.375 cup Chopped Walnuts

Recipe Directions for Banana Walnut Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and nuts.

  3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add eggs, applesauce, honey, vanilla, and mashed bananas.

  4. Mix gently with a spatula and pour into greased muffin pan.

  5. Cook for 15 minutes.
