1/2 banana
1/3 c oatmeal
26 g Protein Powder
1 T chopped walnuts
1 t flaxseed meal
3 T 1% milk
1/2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 T Creamy peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Banana Walnut Breakfast Cookie

  1. combine oatmeal, protein powder and peanut butter in a bowl, using a spoon to evenly distribute P.B. until crumbly.

  2. add all other ingredients and mix until well combined.

  3. Spread onto a plate and flatten into a round shape.

  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy with a spoon in the morning!
