Recipe Ingredients for Banana Walnut Bread

1 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/6 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz Raw Walnuts
2 large Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Walnut Bread

  1. mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients

  2. mix dry ingredients together

  3. gently stir dry into wet ingredients

  4. bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
