Recipe Ingredients for Banana Waffles

1 3/4 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
2 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Banana Waffles

  1. Make as with banana pecan waffles. Serve with berry syrup, maple syrup, and powdered sugar.

  4. Chocolate chips

  5. Dried fruit (raisins, dates, cherries, blueberries, pineapple)
