Unbelievably delicious and banana-ful! Even better a few days after being in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Waffles

2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Waffles

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Spoon a few spoonfuls of batter onto a waffle maker. DONT use a lot, they puff up quite a bit.

  3. ENJOY!
