3/4 cup quaker oats
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Banana Vanilla Oatmeal

  1. cut up the banana and mix with the quaker oats

  2. add the milk and vanilla & mix well

  3. cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes

  4. stir & enjoy :)
