400 grams Flour
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
10 fl oz Rice Dream Original Enriched
200 grams Sultanas

Recipe Directions for Banana and sultana loaf

  1. mash the bananas,

  2. mix the milk with flour then add bananas,

  3. blend together, mix in sultanas and pour into cake tin, bake at 200c for up to an hour until dark goldeny brown and you can smell it
