Recipe Ingredients for Banana-Strawberry Smoothie

1 Banana
1 cup of Fresh or frozen Strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of ice

Recipe Directions for Banana-Strawberry Smoothie

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. You may need to add more milk to your liking. Note: My Freeze in small serving amounts in tubs. When you want a treat just pop in mirowave and defrost few seconds or let stand in room temperature.
