2/3 c steel-cut oats
1/8 t salt
1 large banana, thinly sliced
1/2 t ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Banana Steel cut oats with Cinnamon

Combine all in a large bowl. Nuke 5 min on high, stir; nuke 3 min on power 5, stir; nuke 3 min on 5, stir and let sit 5 min. Divide and eat.
