Recipe Ingredients for Banana Split Muffins

1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
6 ounces Premium Baking Chips
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
2 ounces No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 large egg
1 banana
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Banana Split Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients

  3. Mix all together

  4. put in muffin tins sprayed with Pam

  5. bake at 375 for 15 min.
