Recipe Ingredients for banana split muffins

1/3 cup shortening
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 eggs
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 Bananas
2 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for banana split muffins

1.In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana and pineapple. Fold in the chocolate chips,berries. Pour into two greased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Or into standard muffin tins and bake 30 min. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
