Okay so it is high in calories, but wow is this an awesome dessert to eat if you are going to cheat!

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Split Cake

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

SECOND LAYER:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:
2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Split Cake

  1. Mix crumbs, melted butter and sugar together and spread in 9x13 inch pan.

  2. For second layer, whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread all but 2 cups of mixture, over top of first layer. Reserve the 2 cups for fourth layer.

  3. For third layer, spread pineapple over top. Slice bananas and place on top of pineapple.

  4. Cover that with reserved cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts and place cherries 2 inches apart on top. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
