Recipe Ingredients for Banana Split Brownies

600 grams Brownie Mix, dry
2 cups White Flour
1/2 cups Cocoa
1 tablespoon Baking Soda
135 grams Dark Chocolate Chips, vegan
1 Banana, large
1 1/2 cups egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Banana Split Brownies

  1. Preheat oven 425*

  2. Mix thoroughly all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Make a large dip in the middle.

  3. Blend wet ingredients, first on "chop" setting, then on "blend" setting. Pour into dip in dry ingredients and hand mix in until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips (any optional nuts or dried fruit chunks should go in now - not included in Nutrition Information for this recipe).

  4. Pour half into greased long brownie pan, then other half into second greased long brownie pan, about 1 1/2" thick for each pan. Try to have both pans about the same thickness.

  5. Bake 30 - 35 min. Aprox 80 brownies, though this is not an exact science. Recipe is divided down by 80 units - multiply nutrition information accordingly then divide down by number of brownies you actually cut for exact nutrition info per brownie.
