1 cup Spinach
0.5 cup Orange Juice
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Lime Juice
0.5 oz Chia Seeds, Dried

Recipe Directions for Banana, Spinach, Orange Juice, Lime Chia smoothie

  1. Slice and freeze one banana.

  2. Combine 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. spinach, 1 tsp. lime juice, 1 frozen banana (sliced) and 1 Tbsp. chia seeds.
