Recipe Ingredients for Banana Spice Muffins

1 medium mashed banana
2 T yogurt
2 T applesauce
1 T Flaxseed
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 T wheat bran
1 t Baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/2 t allspice

Recipe Directions for Banana Spice Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray 2 ramekins.

  2. Mix the ingredients togehter until blended. Pour the batter into the ramekins and bake for 14-18 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool then enjoy!
