Recipe Directions for Banana Soft-Served Ice Cream

  1. Freeze Bananas Prior to preperation. Place them in the food processor and pulse several times to break banana in pieces, then run for five minutes,stopping to scrape sides.

  2. The banana will soon resemble soft serve. Transfer to a bowl and freeze for additional 15 minutes or serve right away.

  3. Yields about four and half servings

  4. Optional: You can add chocolate sauce,whip cream,peanuts,etc but that will effect the nutrition facts.
