Recipe Ingredients for banana smoothie

1 banana
1 tsp sugar,(optional)
4 oz yoghurt, plain
1 oz water

Recipe Directions for banana smoothie

  1. cut banana and process with sugar and yoghurt.

  2. add water, mix well.

  3. freeze for half an hour

  4. remove, stir well.

  5. refreeze for an hour.
