Recipe Ingredients for Banana smoothie

303 grams Bananas
226 4/5 grams Coconut Water
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Banana smoothie

Finely slice the banana(s), put banana into the blender, then pour in the coconut water (make sure it's 100% pure with no added sugar) and turn on the blender for 40 seconds. Then add the cinnamon and vanilla to the mixture and blend for a further one minute on high speed.
