Vanilla soy milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, oatmeal, vanilla yogurt, whey protein, and frozen RASPBERRIES... whipped up into a thiiiiick smooth shake.

Recipe Ingredients for Banana Smoothie with Raspberries

8 ounces Vanilla soy milk
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
6 ounces vanilla yogurt (really 4)
1/4 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 cup of raspberries

Recipe Directions for Banana Smoothie with Raspberries

  1. Slice and freeze 1 inch banana sections ahead of time in a freezer bag. Will keep for a long time. Buy frozen raspberries (or freeze fresh).

  2. Add soy milk to blender, then bananas and raspberries.

  3. Blend on crushed ice setting in short pulses until smooth.

  4. Add peanut butter, oatmeal, yogurt, and whey protein powder.

  5. Whip until smooth and thick. (1 minute probably).

  6. Makes two servings.

  7. For 210 more calories, add two more tablespoons of peanut butter if you like it. Mmmmmmmmm.
