Recipe Ingredients for Banana Shake

1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for Banana Shake

Break a ripe banana into 1-inch chunks. Freeze in a plastic bag. When making banana shake, place milk, banana and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla in blender. Blend until smooth. Yum!
